Internal Campania

The province of Benevento corresponds more or less to the area of the denominations Sannio DOC and Falanghina del Sannio DOC. The first is a macro-denomination, the second only enhances a white wine based on Falanghina. In the same territory we also find an enological excellence, the Aglianico del Taburno DOCG. Further south, in the province of Avellino, there is an important concentration of DOCG denominations: Fiano di Avellino DOCG (based on Fiano grapes), Greco di Tufo DOCG (based on Greco) and Taurasi DOCG (based on Aglianico).
