“Little red rosé”
The little red color, to the limit of being mistaken for the color of a red wine (from which it takes its name), is found in some rosé products.
Depending on the duration of the maceration, i.e. how long the must is in contact with the marc, the color may be not very intense (6-12 hours), intense (12-24 hours) or very intense (24-48 hours).
