The pink color recalls the color of the cherry's pulp and is found in the most of rosé wines.

Depending on the duration of the maceration, i.e. how long the must is in contact with the marc, the color may be not very intense (6-12 hours), intense (12-24 hours) or very intense (24-48 hours).
