The salmon pink color is one of the shades we find in rosé wines.

The particularity of these wines is the winemaking process. Depending on the duration of the maceration, i.e. how long the must is in contact with the marc, the color may be not very intense (about 6-12 hours), intense (about 12-24 hours) or very intense (about 24-48 hours).
