The production of some regions is very oriented towards generic wines (also known as table wines), to the detriment of designations of origin or geographical indications.

In this case, I will never tire of repeating it, the pursuit of quality is left to the individual producer (and not imposed by a protocol) and table wines can be considered worthy representatives of local specificities and producer capacity.
